Process & Payments

• When the litter is five weeks old, you will choose your puppy.
• The remainder of the purchase price, signature on the final Purchase Agreement, and any optional delivery or training fees are due on or before the puppy's eight week birthday.
• If you are not able to pick up or accept delivery of your puppy within three calendar days of the pick up/delivery date, you may choose to enroll in Puppy Kindergarten training at our normal rates, or cancel this reservation, or transfer this reservation to another Doodle or litter.

Refund Policy

• If you change your mind or life gets in the way, 1/2 of the reservation fee, plus any payments toward the purchase price, are refundable until your puppy goes home with you, or you may transfer your full reservation fee to another available Doodle or litter for up to eighteen months from the date your reservation fee was paid.
• Unused delivery fees or unused training fees are refundable and pro-rated as applicable.
• No refunds are available after the puppy has left our care and goes home with you.

If for any reason we are not able to provide you a puppy from this litter, you have the option to have all payments including full reservation refunded, or your reservation fee can be transferred to another Doodle or litter for up to eighteen months from the date your reservation fee was paid.
