Process & Payments

• Your reservation fee holds your puppy for you until eight weeks of age.
• The remainder of the purchase price, signature on the final Purchase Agreement, and any optional delivery or training fees are due by the puppy's eight week birthday.
• At eight weeks old, puppies are available for pickup or delivery.

Transfer and Refund Policies

If you change your mind or life gets in the way and you need to transfer or cancel before your puppy goes home with you:

• You may transfer your full reservation fee to a future litter for up to two years. After two years, reservation fees are no longer transferable.
• You may cancel your reservation and receive a refund for any payments toward the purchase price except the original non-refundable reservation fee. Any unused pro-rated training or delivery fees are also refundable.

Exception: If for any reason we are not able to provide this puppy to you, your full reservation fee is also refundable.
