Our Purchase Process

We appreciate your interest in our delightful Doodles!

We hope you'll find the information on this page helpful in learning about our purchase process. If you have questions, please feel free to contact us any time. 

If you would like to meet us and our dogs, we are happy to schedule a time when we are out and about walking, socializing, and training our Doodles in the Piedmont Triad area of North Carolina; or we can arrange a live face time call so you can "meet" us virtually and see our dogs and the doggy areas of our home and yard. Or both!

Our Application

If you would like to consider purchasing one of our Doodles, now or in future, the first step is to complete our application. 

When we receive your application, we will contact you by your choice of phone, text, or email for a quick and easy approval process. There is no fee or obligation for application and approval.

After we have approved your application, we will send you our monthly newsletter by your choice of text or email, with information on available Doodles and upcoming litters.

Our Priority Waitlist

If you have made the decision to purchase a Doodle from us, you have the option to join our priority waitlist after your application is approved.

• To join the priority waitlist, you will pay the first $250.00 of the non-refundable reservation fee, which applies toward your total purchase price.
• The families on our priority waitlist pay the same total purchase price as everyone else - there is just a difference in timing on when you pay your non-refundable reservation fee.

The families on this list have the first option to purchase an available dog or to reserve an available puppy from one of our litters, before we offer them to anyone not on this list.

The priority waitlist results in quicker availability and more dogs or puppies to choose from. This can be especially helpful if you have preferences such as the sex, color, or markings of your Doodle.

When a dog becomes available, or when the reservation list for each litter opens at three to four weeks of age, we will contact you in the order that you joined the list so that you can decide if you would like to use your priority pick. You are not required to accept an available dog or litter offered, and you'll keep your place on the priority waitlist for next time.

If you decide to purchase an older puppy or dog available immediately, you will pay the full purchase price at that time.

If you decide to reserve a puppy from a litter under eight weeks old, the second $250.00 of the non-refundable reservation fee is due upon reservation, with the remainder of the purchase price due by the puppy's eight week birthday.

Our Reservation List

Each litter’s reservation list opens at three to four weeks old, with priority waitlist families offered reservations first, followed by the other families who have an approved application with us.

A non-refundable $500.00 reservation fee holds the puppy of your choice. If you are on our priority waitlist, the timing on paying that $500.00 fee is provided in the previous section. If you are not on our priority waitlist, you will pay the fee at the same time you select & reserve your puppy.

 Reservation List Timeline:

• Daily updates, photos, and videos of your puppy are provided.
• Starting at six weeks old, you are invited to meet and spend time with your puppy each week.
• At seven weeks old, your puppy is fully examined and receives a written health report from our veterinarian.
• On or before eight weeks old, the remainder of the purchase price and any optional training or delivery fees are due.
• Your puppy can go home at eight weeks old, or stay with us for additional training.

Your puppy stays with us from eight to ten weeks old and continues with: 

• learning to sleep through the night
• ongoing potty training
• verbal cues and hand signals for come, sit, down, trade, stand, and place
• learning to walk on a collar and harness on leash
• continued grooming and car ride practice
• continued socialization
• safe play with toys and retrieving practice

We recommend you consider Kindergarten Puppy training if:

• you work outside the home and the puppy will be alone for more than four hours at a time the majority of the week.
• you have a particularly busy schedule around the time your puppy will come home.
• you would like your puppy started on more individual training before you take them home.

• Pickup or delivery is available in all three Piedmont Triad cities (Greensboro, High Point, Winston-Salem) at no additional charge.
• Delivery or meetup outside the Triad (within 100 miles) is available for an additional fee.
• Delivery by air is available using a flight nanny of your choice or our recommendation. You will pay the flight nanny directly for this service.

 We accept credit cards, debit cards, ACH bank payments, and Klarna payment plans.
