A $300.00 reservation fee will hold a pick spot for you for your choice of any current or planned litter. We begin accepting reservations when pregnancy is confirmed at approximately thirty days gestation. You may move your reservation fee to a different litter at any time.
Reservation fees are fully refundable for any reason until your puppy goes home with you.
The remaining balance due for the puppy must be paid no later than the puppy's eight week birthday, including any optional stay & train fees.
- 30 days gestation: Our veterinarian confirms pregnancy via ultrasound and we begin accepting reservations for the litter.
- 55 days gestation: Our veterinarian confirms litter size and health via radiograph.
- Litter is born: We'll announce numbers of boys and girls and start providing you daily updates along with great photos and video.
- Litter is three to four weeks old: DNA health disorder testing results are available for each puppy and we will add it to their individual bios.
- Litter is five weeks old: The puppies are ready to meet and greet everyone on the pick list.
- Litter is six weeks old: Puppy pick day! We will contact everyone in pick list order.
- Litter is seven to eight weeks old: The puppies are examined, vaccinated, and microchipped by our veterinarian.
- Litter is eight weeks old: Gotcha Day is here! Your puppy is ready to go home, or if you prefer, to begin Stay & Train with us.
-Puppies are available for pickup, or we can deliver your puppy to you at no additional charge within 25 miles of Greensboro, NC. Deliveries outside this range may be available for an additional fee.
-If you live further away, we can recommend an excellent puppy flight nanny and your puppy will be hand delivered to you at your nearest major airport. You will pay the flight nanny directly for this service.
-If you would like your puppy to receive additional training before they go home with you, we have several Stay & Train options to choose from.
The full purchase price and any optional stay & train fees are due no later than the puppy's eight week birthday.
We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and Klarna payment plans (through Good Dog).
