Section I. This dog is being voluntarily returned by the buyer to the seller.

Section II. The ownership of this dog reverts in full to the seller as of the Return Date shown above, and the seller has sole and complete control over all decisions and care of this dog as of that date.

Section III. If a refund is due, it will be limited to the Refundable Amount shown above, and will be paid by mailed check within 10 business days of the return date and this signed return contract provided to the seller.

Section IV. Any dispute arising out of or relating to this agreement, including any claim for breach of contract, shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located in Forsyth County, North Carolina. The seller and the buyer hereby agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of said courts and waive any objection to the laying of venue in such courts.
